Porto Rotondo is found at 18 km from Olbia. It arises on the tops of Monte Ladu and Punta Volpe and divides two very important Gulfs, that of Cugnana and the Gulf of Marinella, well know turist location, it also offers a well furnished port.
Marina of Porto Rotondo is one of the most important meeting points of the Meditteranean. One of the reasons to visit this wonderful place is its Theatre built completey in granite, the church of San Lorenzo which guards the beautiful wooden sculptures of Mario Ceroli, the beautiful square of San Marco one of the works of Andrea Cascella, the darsena, the Casbah and the other small squares, it all reminds you a little bit of Venice, also because Porto Rotondo was built in 1967 from the Venetian family of Donà delle Rose.

The Residence is situated at the entrance of Porto Rotondo surrounded by a large and well cured garden in a calm and harmonious atmosphere..
