Arrivals:
from 6.00 pm to 20.00 with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10 a.m.
For arrivals after 20.00 should be comunicated to the following in the event of no comunication or however after 2.00 the rooms will be available only the following day. Arrivals between 22.00 and 2.00 will have an extra charge of € 60.00.

Departures:
€200.00 deposit, returned upon departure.

On site assistance and consumption including a change of bathroom and bedroom linen (with double bed made up on arrival), weekly consumptions electricity, water, gas and Colour TV: €45.00 per person per week (children under 5 excluded).

Final cleaning fee: Two room apartment € 65.00, Three room apartment € 75.00, excluding cooking area, dishes and bathroom, which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty of an extra € 60.00 charge.
Small breed animals accepted, excluding comunal areas. A supplement of € 50.00 will be charged for final cleaning costs, to be requested upon booking.
Animals not allowed in the "Holiday Houses of Mare In".

Local tax: € 0.50 per person per day, children from 0/10 Years excluded. Required to be paid from June 1 to September 30.

Cot supplement: € 30.00 for week to be requested upon booking.
Extra Linen Supplement: € 15.00 for bedroom linen, € 10.00 for bathroom linen, kitchen linen and blankets not available.
Washing machine supplement: € 50.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
Supplement for Air Conditioning: € 60.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
Covered Garage: € 30.00 per week to be requested upon booking.
