Arrivals:
handover of keys from 5 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., final closing time 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 7.30 p.m. Late arrivals due to a for a stopover for dinner, after disembarking, are not contemplated because the restaurants in your village will be open upon arrival.
Latecomers should call and will have to pay the following surcharges according to their time of arrival after 7.30 p.m.: €50.00 up to 12.00 p.m.; €70.00 up to 01.00; €100.00 after 2.00 p.m.

Departures:
€150.00 deposit, returnable upon departure. For departures due after office hours the deposit will be sent via post.

On site assistance and weekly consumption, including water, electricity and gas: € 20.00 per person.

Final cleaning charge: Two room apartment €60.00, Three room apartment € 60.00, excluding cooking area, which must be cleaned by the client failure to do so will give rise to an extra surchage of €50.00.
A surcharge of €35.00, per pet, for final cleaning is obligatory.

Obligatory club card: for everyone aged over 3 years old, € 18.00 per person per week from 02/06 to 10/09, inclusive of: entrance to swimming pool.

Weekly supplement for apartments with Two Bathrooms: € 52.00 for week to be requested at booking, (upon availability).
2 bedrooms with low beds: € 70.00 per week, to be requested upon booking (upon availability).
