After crossing through 900 metres of dense state-owned pine woods, you will find yourselves on the huge “Rena Majore" (sand bank, large beach).

Theholiday houses are all located inside the village and are furnished in a simple, but complete style, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Variously located throughout the district are furnished in a simple but functional and provide comfort for a great holiday, while the Nuove Residenze are newly built apartments with new furnishings and amenities.

Services: service centre, minimarket,bar, tobacconist, newsagents, pharmacy, medical service, and various shops. At the center of the village, a modern sports center with swimming pool, tennis courts and soccer (to be purchased on site), bar, restaurant and pizzeria.

Arrivals:
from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. Delays are not permitted due to dinner stops after disembarking. The restaurants in your holiday village will be open when you get there.
Late comers should call +390789755660 and will have to pay the following supplements on the basis of their arrival time after 9 p.m.: €50.00 up to 10.30 p.m.; €77.00 up to midnight; €129.00 after midnight.

Departures:
€150.00 deposit, returned upon departure. In the event of departures before 7.00 a.m. on the morning of departure, the deposit will be returned by post.
Evening departure supplement: bookable only the day prior to departure and only if the apartment has not already been booked. Allows you to keep the apartment until 20,00. The fee is that of a day with a 40% discount. In this case the deposit will be sent either via post or through bank swift.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance and weekly consumption, including water, electricity and gas: Adults € 19.00; children upto 12 years € 9.50.

Final cleaning fee: One room apartment € 44.00, Two room apartment € 52.00, Three room apartment €64,00, Four room apartment and Villas € 90.00, excluding cooking area, dishes and bathroom, which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty Cleaning on the day of departure.
There is also a € 55.00 obligatory final cleaning supplement per pet.
