Arrivals:
from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10 a.m.
The arrival time after 9 p.m (however within 1.00) late comers anc will be charged an extra €25.00.

Departures:
€100.00 deposit, returned upon departure. In the event of departures before 9.00 a.m. on the morning of departure, the deposit will be returned by post.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

Local assistance and weekly consumption (lights, water, gas); €50,00 One bedroom 2/3; €90,00 Three room apartment 4/5/6.

Final cleaning. One bedroom 2/3 € 50.00; Two bedroom 4/5/6 € 60.00; excluding kitchenette, dishes and bathroon to be cleaned by guest, otherwise the cleaning costs will be charged € 50.00.
There is also a € 30.00 obligatory final cleaning supplement per pet.
