€ 100,00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance weekly consumption includes a change of bedroom linen, water, electricity and gas: € 25,00 per person. Bathroom and kitchen linen not available.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 50,00 per apartment, excluding kitchen area, to be handled directly by the client.
€ 52,00 per animal, final cleaning fee obbligatory, to be requested upon booking.

Special facilities available on request

Ground floor apartment supplement: 5% on the price list, to be requested upon booking.
Beach Service: at the beach to be requested upon booking.
