Arrivals:
Starts with handover of keys from 17.00 to 21.00 with definate closure at 10.00.

Departures:
€ 100.00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance weekly consumption includes a change of bedroom linen, water, electricity and gas: € 28.00 per person. Bathroom and kitchen linen not available.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 50.00 Two room apartment; Three room apartment € 60.00, excluding kitchen area, to be handled directly by the client.
€ 52.00 per animal, final cleaning supplement obbligatory, to be requested upon booking.

Tessera Club obbligatory: € 27,00 children from 05/10 years of age, € 40,00 adults per person per week from 16/06 to 08/09 evey day excluding Saturday, includes: beach games, miniclub from 5 to 10 years of age at fixed times, shows with games, cabaret, music evenings, group dancing and Latin American dancing.

Beach Service obbligatory: at 250 m private beach, a beach umbrella a sunbed per apartment (extra umbrellas and chairs on request at extra charge), from 16/06 to 14/07 and from 25/08 to 08/09 € 25.00, other times € 35.00.
